I’m looking for feedback.  One of the groups I belong to is for next door neighbors and someone identified a problem relating to health effects from chronic exposure to meth fumes from another of the tenants in their condo.  She has called police and fire department, but either the door was not answered or the fire department could not detect acute exposure level concentrations. 

I would like to write an IH protocol using validated sampling methods and analysis, that could be performed at reasonable costs with minimum protocol technical knowledge of IH, or alternatively one that I could provide pro-bono meeting those requirements to identify chronic exposures.

It has been years since I was on an LEPC and aware of the hazards that could be encountered and need some assistance identifying chemicals of concern to develop the protocol. 

I know this is outside of our normal scope of operations, but this is an area where we could provide our expertise to help identify and quantify a problem that needs addressed. 

I’m interested in all thoughts, opinions, suggestions and possible concerns.
