For the contextual benefit of those who may not be aware, Jyllian was the 2015 Howard Fawcett CHAS Award Recipient for her ongoing work on chemical safety issues, both in terms of reporting herself and her support for other reporters at C&EN taking on chemical safety related issues. This is a major concern for the Division, as there is no other publication that has shown such consistent interest in this topic.
