Adding my sincere thanks and appreciation for everything that Ralph has done for DCHAS and ACS. His leadership, whether or not he held an officially recognizable leadership title, has been transformational
for ACS, DCHAS, CCS, and the field of environmental health and safety, especially laboratory safety.
It is taking many people and lots of feet to fill his two shoes.
I owe my career to Ralph – he hired me, inspired me to make this my life’s work, and continues to challenge me and others to think bigger and to keep reaching higher to make larger impacts.
