Melinda,
I'd suggest contacting the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) at
www.safetyequipment.org or telephone at (703) 525-1695 (Arlington, VA).
I am a member of the Eyewash and Shower Product Group who also revise the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 Standard. The company I represent only makes and markets what under the standard are called "Personal Wash Units", so they don't have a video for the proper use of plumbed eyewash stations. Perhaps other member companies would have such a video or might provide training?
There is a Selectiion Guide available from ISEA which might be of interest (this is currently under revision as of our last meeting in November 2022).

Hello, everyone,
So before we make a watery mess producing our own video, I thought perhaps I should check with everyone to see if you all might have a link with this kind of demonstration.
Any hopeful possibility truly appreciated,
Thanks,
