That would depend on a large number of variables:
What type of lab report?
What's the sample being tested? What type of testing is being done? Who is the client? For what purpose is the test being run (i.e. internal company knowledge for product development or some sort of compliance/regulatory requirement?)
There are definitely other questions, but those would be helpful to get a start on answering your question.
What would you recommend a customer look for in a lab report so they know they can trust the results?
