Very glad someone brought this up. We just did a lab inspection in which we were told some of our chemicals had to be lowered due to the fact that they were above eye level. There was some confusion because I have staff that are 5 foot
3 inches tall, as well as staff that are over 6 feet tall so eye level for one is obviously not eye level for another. I’d also like to know if there is a standard as to what eye level is.

There are some standards that use the term "eye level" - any one have a reference as to what that would mean from a practical standpoint? Most of us have a particular idea - but I am looking for a reference. And, would think this may
have come up in an FAQ.
