Demystify:

Does anyone have experience with a 1% silane mixture in a balance of hydrogen gas. We know the flow rate, which is low cc/min, and the pressure etc. should be at STP. If you have some experience with the outflow of such a mixture and mediating the safety issues, please contact me at tlutzrec**At_Symbol_Here**uark.edu to discuss further. I have not found any info. on the dispersion of such a gas mixture nor the flammability data.
