Demystify:

Dave,

As Luis mentioned, the Workrite FR/CP coats are flame resistant and protect against a wide range of aqueous and (polar) organic chemicals. However, they’ve also been discontinued because the fabric was manufactured using PFAS.

Hello Dave,

It’s the WORKRITE FR/CP lab coat. Flame Retardant Chemical Protection.

They are resistant to inorganics.

[EXTERNAL EMAIL]

I have a recollection that about 3-4 years ago someone at a national meeting CHAS section presentation there was the description of a (“nearly universal”?) lab coat that would protect against fire, acids/bases, organics, etc.  Can someone point me towards a website that describes this?

Thanks,

Dave
