Mine are:
Wear appropriate PPE for your task and also based on what is happening around you.
Label all secondary chemical containers
properly.
Where chemicals and equipment are involved - check the CHP, research what to do, and/or ask the CHO.

What do you believe are the most important lab safety rules? The ones that you feel are so important that if you had a colleague who didn’t want to follow those rules, you don’t want that colleague in the same room with you.
When they violate these rules, they are putting themselves at risk. They are putting you at risk. And, they are putting the reputation and perhaps the future of your organization at risk.
