If anyone is interested in rulemaking for OSHA's process safety management, AICHE's virtual local section is hosting a speaker next week, January 24-25.

You do not need to be a member of AICHE or VLS, open to the public, no charge, but you must register for one of three sessions. The first is live and recorded and the others are playback for other time zones (with live Q&A.) I generally attend the first session 9pm EST on Wednesday, attendance is usually > 75, and robust Q&A follows.
