Almost every Vape store now sells and stocks a significant quantity of Nitrous Oxide / N2O / whipped cream chargers.
Many of the cylinders contain about a Kilo of gas now - not the little BB gun sized cylinders from years past.
Every emergency responder should be aware that the local vape shop could hold dozens, or even hundreds, of these cylinders.
I don't know when the law changed, but you can even go online and have these shipped to you from the AM Azon.
