Subject: EXTERNAL [DCHAS-L] Soft energy x-ray surveying
Hello, all,
I am looking for information about surveying services that provide testing for soft energy x-rays (i.e. 1-3 keV). We have a recently setup XPS system that we would like to survey to verify that it has no leakage. Unfortunately, the sole
source that I was able to find for a suitable survey meter quotes a price of ~$18,000, so that option is a bit financially remote.
Anyway, any ideas or possibilities you might suggest much appreciated,
