The Guest Editors were affected by an earthquake in Taiwan and are interested to hear what others are doing to plan for natural disasters and lessons learned from those who have been affected by natural disasters.

After combing the DCHAS listserv archives, we found many people who have posted questions and or comments on the topics. For those of you who did, you will likely receive an invitation from one of the guest editors to submit a paper. If you have never written a paper before and have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me and ask for advice.
