I am looking forward to seeing our members that are able to attend ACS Fall 2025 in Washington DC!

I wanted to share several great events with our membership that may be attending 😊 Please see our Safety Roadmap (attached) for all events for the Committee on Chemical Safety and the Division. We also have a few co-sponsored symposia and their corresponding flyers are also attached:

• Monday, 8/18
• Join us for our Open Executive Committee Meeting at 11:45AM – 1:45PM in Marriott Marquis Washington, Liberty Salon M
• Our CHAS Social is at 5:30PM – 8PM at SPIN-DC (1332 F St. NW between 13^th and 14^th).
• You can also come say hi at Sci-Mix at our table on Division Row taking place from 8PM – 10PM in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Ballroom A/B, Level 3.
• Tuesday, 8/19
• We partnered with the Women Chemists Committee (WCC), CCS, and CHAL on Aspects of Navigating Reproductive Health in a Laboratory Environment at 8AM – 12PM with some amazing talks prepared by members of CCS and CHAS taking place in Marriott Marquis Washington, University of DC.
• We partnered with the Younger Chemists Committee (YCC) on Safety Beyond Academia Symposium at 2PM – 6PM with a fantastic line up of talks from several of our EC members and DCHAS Members taking place in Room East Salon A, Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
