A message from our incredible LST's (please forward to all who may be interested):
As we all gear up for ACS Fall 2026 in Chicago, here is an exciting opportunity to add to your conference experience.
Join us for the ACS DCHAS Peer-Led Workshop: “Empowering Academic Researchers – Strengthening Safety Culture & Risk Management in the Research Lab.”
Through case studies, peer discussions, and practical activities, we’ll explore RAMP (Recognize, Assess, Minimize, Prepare) and Laboratory Safety Teams (LSTs) and how we can strengthen safety culture in our research laboratories.
Sunday, August 23, 2026, | 12:00–3:00 PM CDT | Virtual | $25
Certificate of Participation included.
If you’re also attending ACS Fall 2026 in Chicago, I’d love to connect. Let me know in the comments or feel free to reach out. I’m looking forward to meeting fellow researchers and professionals, exchanging ideas, and making meaningful connections at the conference.
