Appendix E to the 2012 Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200

Historical Archive — HCS 2012

This page reproduces Appendix E of OSHA's 2012 Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, which aligned the HCS with GHS Revision 3. It is retained for historical reference and is no longer in force. HCS 2012 was preceded the HCS 1994 version and superseded by OSHA's 2024 revision. The 1994 Appendix E and 2024 Appendix E are both available.
