Chemical Health and Safety)
As the new manager of the DCHAS-L and the divisional membership
committee chair, I have taken the liberty of adding the Division's
membership roster to the Division's e-mail list. The list has
recently moved to the University of Vermont's LISTSERV program and I
hope to make it an important form of communication for the division.
Information about the operating parameters of the list are given in
the WELCOME file I've appended below If you would like more

Welcome to DCHAS-L!
DCHAS-L is the e-mail list of the Division of Chemical Health and
Safety of the American Chemical Society. It is intended to facilitate
the conduct of division business and provide the opportunity for
members to make contacts with other members to share technical
questions and expertise. E-mail for the list should be sent to
DCHAS-L**At_Symbol_Here**LIST.UVM.EDU.
The list parameters are set so that default reply is to the person
who asked the question rather than to the list. Thus, this list does
not serve the same technical discussion purpose as LABSAFETY-L or
SAFETY, in which ongoing discussion is held over the list. The list
is moderated, meaning that every message will be reviewed before
posting to assure that it meets these guidelines.
The list is managed by Divisional membership committee chair, Ralph
Stuart of the University of Vermont . You can manage
the attributes of your subscription by sending commands to
LISTSERV**At_Symbol_Here**list.uvm.edu
