improvement group on our current Medical Monitoring program.  If you
have the time to take our 5-minute survey we would greatly appreciate

Cal State University San Marcos is currently evaluating the
effectiveness of our Medical Monitoring Program and would appreciate
your feedback regarding the Medical Monitoring Program in use on your
campus or workplace. Please follow the hyperlink to the attached survey
and include any comments or suggestions you think important. Your input
will be used to assess the quality and effectiveness of our current
