Subject: Prof. Liability obtained! Thanks
Thank you all so much. Your suggestions made this go very well. I followed
the majority of the suggestions which were to look into ACS insurance. This
is Hays Company and which also insures AIHA. The AIHA policies were more
appropriate for my work.

But all the suggestions you made for other companies and organizations were
filed and ready to be acted upon if this failed. That gave me the confidence
during the negotiations.

I sent in my application and got a quote. However, the policy they offered
had a retroactive date that started with this policy. My nice former agent,
who also helped me all the way through, told me it was really important to get
the retroactive date set at the time I first started to be insured.

I sent the information from my prior policy showing the original retroactive
date and they faxed me and amended offer at the same low cost. And I took it.

Wonderfully, the price for $1M prof liability was an easily doable
$1944--$556 less than I was paying before and $3056 less than they wanted for my new

So all is well that ends well.

Again thanks to you all.
