Demystify: 
All this begs the question why PPE at all.  PPE should only be of  use in 
extreme circumstances when all other methods of engineering controls are  
impractical or insufficient.  It seems better to consider controlling the  airborne 
hazard to a degree where wearing of the PPE is not  necessary.
