Subject: JCHAS survey w/ opportunity to win a copy of Hazardous Chemicals
Handbook

Dear Division Member

The JCHAS editorial board and I continually strive to develop Journal
of Chemical Health and Safety to ensure the Journal provides relevant
information to support you as a Chemical Health and Safety professional.

To facilitate this ongoing development we need your feedback; tell us
what you like about the Journal and how we could serve you
better! You can do so by filling in the (anonymous) online survey
now available at:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=255412254192

Fill in the survey by 31 July and you could win one of three copies
of the Hazardous Chemicals Handbook by Carson and Mumford. (Members
of the Journal Editorial Board are not eligible to win).

The survey will also ask you to provide information about your
professional interests and responsibilities. This data will aid us
to compile a media pack and attract additional advertisers to the
Journal. The Division stands to receive direct financial benefit
from increased advertising in the Journal so your input is highly
valued in more ways than one.

Please support your Division publication and complete the online survey today!

Thanks in advance for your time,

Regards
