Demystify:

Has anyone developed a good system for tracking undergraduate or graduate
science student accidents and injuries?

The Laboratory is preparing an article on this subject and would like to
talk with some folks who have an effective program, data and examples of
accidents and injuries.

Thanks ... Jim
