Subject: Re: Respirator Program Training class

The OSHA Training Institute (OTI) in Arlington Heights, IL offers a
3-day OSHA 2220 Respiratory Protection course that is open to non-OSHA
personnel. The course is also offered through some of the OSHA Education
Centers. For more information on the centers, go to
http://www.osha.gov/fso/ote/training/edcenters/index.html.

At least one of the 3M instructors was an instructor at OTI and they
are used as consultants at OTI to help teach the respirator course.

We send our new IHs to the 3M course when it is offered here and to OTI
when it isn't.

Excuse the cross posting please. Does anyone have a source for a
training
class that can be used to qualify someone as a Respirator Program
Administrator? I know 3M has classes but the timing isn't very good
now.
We prefer the class to be in the Midwest.

Thanks,
