I would like to know what everyone uses for Safety Cards in the University labs. What info do you put on it? Do you ask for any medical conditions that might affect them in lab? Do you ask if they have contacts? Do you get their address or just phone and emergency contact info? We are thinking about revising ours but want to get as much info as possible.
