I would agree but would further suggest that there should be a  
determination
that the potential dose to people in the room could be sufficiently  
high to
be of reasonable concern.  The simple presence of Hg in the room is not
necessarily sufficient evidence to warrant extensive testing and raise  
the
anxiety level.
