What manufacturer is that?

Disclaimer: my company, Safety Emporium, is an Eagle Manufacturing distributor.

All of Eagle Manufacturing's cabinets are equipped with replaceable 
fire baffles, which some folks call flash arrestors.     The Vent 
Assemblies/Fire Baffles are easily removable with a screw driver. 
The cost to replace these versus the time/effort to try and clean 
seems reasonable.

The 2008 list price on a C-90 Vent Assembly is $17.62.  You can order 
those through Safety Emporium or any other Eagle distributor.  Feel
