Subject: CHAS Survey Winners

Dear CHAS Members,

Thank you for your participation in the recent online membership 
survey. If you missed Ralph Stuart's email, results of the survey are 
available online at:
http://www.dchas.org (look for "Membership Survey Results" section). 
The information is already proving valuable in identifying future 
CHAS initiatives.

As indicated, we randomly picked 4 prize winners from the list of 
survey participants. Following are the winners:
