All,

Cornell University will host the Lab Safety Institute's (LSI) 24-hour
Lab Safety Course here at Cornell on July 27th-30th.

The training class is being held at our office location
(http://www.ehs.cornell.edu/EHSMoved.html)in Room 140 of the East Hill
Office Building.

You need to register for the course at the LSI website:
http://www.labsafetyinstitute.org/

or contact Ana Adams at LSIAdams**At_Symbol_Here**labsafety.org for more information.

We will also be offering the National Registry of Certified Chemists -
Certified Chemical Hygiene Officer exam (3 hours) following the end of
the Lab Safety course on Thursday, July 30th after lunch.  Please note,
if you plan to take the exam, then you need to request application
materials
directly from NRCC well in advance of the course at:
http://www.nrcc6.org/cho.htm

All application materials to take the CHO exam must be submitted to NRCC
no later than July 1, 2009.
