Thanks for the link.  As an old military pyrotechnist (In WW-II I was involved in the design, manufacture, quality control, and distribution of Army, Air
Force, and Navy pyrotechnic signals, flares, flash bombs, etc.) and I must report that the link you provided has several technical errors--too many to even begin to list in an e-mail.
