We have our students sig n a dress code and take a safety test. The dress code is kept in the lab during that term. All current safety records (for our current program) are kept ba ck ~6 years.

I have a question for those of you in academia who have your lab students s ign some sort of safety contract or list of safety rules.  How long do you keep these on file?

Thanks in advance for your input.
