Does anyone have a list of chemicals that when combined cause hypergolic reactions? Just wondering because this warning came with our ICP, but have not been able to locate a list of common ones.

If I've said it once, I have probably said it hundreds of times.  For answers to questions like these that deal with reactive chemical hazards, GO TO  BRETHERICK!   If there are any published answers they will be duly noted and described in his book.
