Subject: Looking for a Good Campus Lab Safety Committee to Model

We are updating our campus level research safety committee and I am
asking you for feedback on what works.

Do you have a Campus Level Lab or Research Safety Committee that you
think works well?

If so, what is it called, what is the scope of the committee, who are
the members, who is the chair, how often do you meet and any other
details you are willing to share will be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
-Russ
