plastic solvent waste cans sitting in plastic trays)

This discussion thread came at a point where we are also looking at
secondary containment for our SAAs. Has anyone raised the possible
concern about filling plastic containers sitting in plastic trays with
flammable liquids (ala the gas station fires caused by same?) Better
yet, has anyone found a secondary containment device which would
eliminate the need for debate?

Thanks,
Steve
