Not much. Most universities do not accept it as a reference because of this. I saw something at exactly about this point today.
Non-technical information maybe okay though.

You raise an interesting question.  How much can we rely on Wikipedia as a reference?  It is not peer reviewed.  I recommend confirming any information from a more reliable source.
