Hydrogen Peroxide and Bleach are oxidizers and I would doubt having a
pressure relief valve on them would be as safe as having them on the
flammables.
I even noticed that now new gas cans for lawn mowers no longer have the
small little vent cap to be removed when filling and pouring, it is built
into the spout, in part for environmental reasons.
