Joe,

We just got finished designing a lab specifically for HF use, we went
with the AirMax Polypropylene Fume Hood with Mistline Fume Scrubber.
All ductwork downstream of the HF hood is fluoropolymer coated
stainless steel, which is sufficient for a wet or dry HF exhaust stream.

The hood is due to be installed in mid December so I can't comment on
it's actual performance yet. Price installed with a 25 foot duct run
to/through the roof is about $45 K.
