The problem with assembling a team to clean-up is by the time the team 
is assembled, the gear has been retrieved from storage and checked for 
proper operation and everyone is suited up the solvent has evaporated.  
Then the area needs to be aired out.  The last time I used an absorbant 
to clean a solvent spill (~100ml) the heat of adsorption was so great it 
blistered the lab top.  I through the adsorbent away.
