From the "Handbook of Chemical Health and Safety" Robert Alaimo, editor (http://www.oup.com/us/catalog/general/subject/Chemistry/ChemicalHealthSafet y/?view=usa&ci=9780841236707 ), Chapter 58, page 401- "Splash goggles are used at all times when using liquid cryogenics. Full-length face shield protection is required when using a wide-mouth Dewar flask and when making pressurized liquid cryogen transfers."
