Subject: Re: Senate bill S 3209 & House bill HR 5820

If anyone is still interested in the two bills that would amend TSCA and give EPA more power to demand testing of chemicals, I'm talking about them on WNYC a couple of hours from now:  12 noon to 12:40 EST. Leonard Lopate's program.
