s are required to attend monthly safety meetings. If they miss two in
a year they are subject to discipline and the branch fails that part of th
eir safety audit. Any part of the safety audit that has been failed gets re
-audited by the Regional VIce President of the company, and if the branch h
as not shown improvement, the manager has a face to face meeting with the p
resident of the company (which could lead to termination). The branch
may also lose some of its annual bonus if their audit score is not up to p
ar.
It's strict but fair, IMHO.

es "blowing-off=" safety training. There always seem t
