all operations associates in our business are required to attend monthly sa

ine and the branch fails that part of their safety audit. Any part of the s
afety audit that has been failed gets re-audited by the Regional VIce Presi
dent of the company, and if the branch has not shown improvement, the manag
er has a face to face meeting with the president of the company (which coul
d lead to termination).=C2=A0 The branch may also lose some of its annual b
onus if their audit score is not up to par.

It's strict but fair, IMHO.
