Neal, To draw an azido group with MarvinSketch use the Insert Menu, select Groups , scroll down to the N folder and double-click to open. Select N3 and clic k Close. Now you can insert an N3 group by clicking on your molecule. To expand the azide group in your molecule, select the N3 then right click and select Ungroup. ChemSketch from www.ACDLabs.com has a lot of equipment templates but no man ifold template. ChemSketch is for Windows only and it's free for individua l and non-commercial use.
