40 CFR 265.14. From what I read you are only require to have a sign that says:
Danger - Unauthorized Personel Keep Out
But 29 CFR 1910.145(c) and (d(4)) (OSHA) requires a "Caution" sign unless there is immeadiate hazard the "Danger" is used.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] 90 day area signage
Does anyone know what the regulatory citation is for signage for a 90 day area? Usually, you see signage that says something like "Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area" then some other verbage which I've seen vary. I can't find the citation. This is for an episodic generator, not a TSDF.
