I have just added two panels to the front page of the divisional web 
page at

The first is a link to the latest issue of Safety & Health News from the 
American Institute Of Chemical Engineers.

The second is a page with information about a recent settlement between 
California OSHA and UCLA with regard to the results of a Cal OSHA 
inspection there earlier this year. This settlement is likely to be of 
national interest because it requires specific training of laboratory 
supervisors in procedures for training and protecting employees when 
working with hazardous substances, among other things.
