All I can say is sounds exciting and I hope everyone has their liability insurance paid up.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Online Wet Chemistry courses

Colleagues,

Does anyone have any experience with online chemistry courses.  The particular course that I am inquiring about has  the chemicals sent to the students home.  See the link to this site  http://www.labpaq.com /safety#Chem_Disposal .  Most of the chemicals have a low concentration and molarity to decrease toxicity.  They are all inorganic and the advice from the company for disposal is neutralization and sanitary sewer disposal or solid waste.  I am thinking we are good to go but I wanted to get some advice and feedback from you.  Are there any pitfalls to this that you have encountered?  This is our first class of this nature.
