Meg - I have a free CHP boilerplate that's been used many times by small schools. I'll send it to you off-list. If anyone else wants it, let me know.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] boiler plate CHP for small college

Hi all,

I am looking for a boiler-plate CHP for a small college that I can use to start writing one for our college.  We are a small technical college in Wisconsin, and have never had a CHP since I've been here, 11 years and counting.  I'd also like to look at a complete CHP for a small college, so I can have an idea what the finished product should look like.   Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
