In California, this is covered under your university's hazardous materials business plan (HMBP). I would imagine that a campus such as Pomona would have a pretty big HMBP. California's requirements are more stringent than EPCRA. In the HMBP, there is a spot to sign if the chemical exceeds the EPCRA threshold.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Certasin toxic chemical reporting requirement

Dear all,

Please help me with the following:

I have a raw material that contains a Certasin toxic chemical subject to the reporting requirement of Section 313 of the Tittle III of the superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 and 40 CFR Part 372. The required details are part of 40CFR 372.45. Do you know how I file the reporting requirement? Is there any form I am suppose to use? Is there instructions of Who I file too?  Anything help would be great!

Many thanks,

Wayne
