Just a FYI.

The Final Rule to implement the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) into the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard cleared the regulatory review by OMB on Feb. 21, 2012. The OMB determined that the final rule is "Consistent with Change."

Next step, OSHA will review and revise the Final Rule prior to publication into the Federal Register. The exact date is unknown, but it appears imminent.
