We just started using it.  I like the system, but we are struggling with the data that has to be manually input (hazards info, PPE, etc) for all of the records in order to make signage.

We tried this eons ago and I liked the first version.  Then they came out with an upgrade and the new program did not have the report feature where we could sort by location and prepare a printout of each area.  Like many of you, we need to do a physical inventory once per year of some of our locations.  Since we couldn't print a report that sorted by location, it made this difficult.  I can only imagine that this has been "fixed" by now.

For any inventory program, think about how you use it and make sure you can get the reporting features you need.

Best of luck,
