Demystify:
I spoke with the Chemical Heritage Foundation about our Archives.
They have three, 12" cubes filled with DCHAS papers. Much of it is
accounting and financial records. Nothing has been done with them since they
arrived in 1999.
These materials now belong to CHF and are their property. Scanning is not
an approved archival method and they do not have provision or resources to do
this.
If any DCHAS members have any materials that you would like to have
archived. Please send them to me first so that I can record what we have, scan
it, and then send it on to CHF.
Thanks ... Jim (DCHAS Archivist)
