Try these guys:  http://www.calema..ca.gov/CSTI/Pages/CSTI.aspx  I’ve never been but they have a good reputation.  Cater to the law enforcement crowd but others attend their training.

Hi all. Is anyone aware of any WMD or HAZMAT training offered in the United States? I know of the training at Anniston Al and Mercury Nevada through Department of Homeland Security and FEMA. I was just wondering if there were others offered out there, maybe something not offered through a government entity. I currently work on a WMD/HAZMAT team where we utilize a mobile repsonse lab and also have a mass decon. trailor.

Thanks in advance,
